How do I book a consultation?

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. You can reschedule via the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations:

More than 24 hours’ notice → full refund

Less than 24 hours’ notice → non-refundable

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments for the Deep Dive Consultation are handled securely via the booking system.
Most major payment methods are supported.
A payment link is sent, via email, for any AI, automation, DLR, and web design work. This is contractual, and a signed document will be sent - this keeps Velyntic and you, as our partner, accountable and keeps us all on a good path.

Do you offer ongoing support after the consultation?

Yes, but only where it adds value.
